With over 17 years’ experience in senior positions at Big 4 firms, Farouk has served a diverse portfolio of clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Pakistan. He possesses a plethora of knowledge and aptitude for running a successful accounting and advisory firm. He has served a wide range of industries, including technology, real estate and infrastructure, retail and fast moving goods, and sovereign wealth funds. Farouk’s expertise lies in developing strategy, IFRSs and ISAs, audit and compliance, financial accounting and financial audits, investment appraisal and business process improvements. A people-oriented person who goes the extra mile to support his clients and his team.
Farouk is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Salman Siddiqui: Partner
Salman is a highly motivated and qualified individual who is always approaching the best in his career and performance. He has over 20 years of experience; he has worked in senior position of Big 4 firms in Middle East and Pakistan and has also served as the head of financial reporting of a multi-national organization in Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, he has fostered strong relationships with stakeholders, built high-performing teams, and effectively communicated financial insights to drive informed decision-making at all levels. His passion for continuous learning and adapting to evolving market trends enables him to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring his contributions align with the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Asma Javed: People & Culture Management Lead
Asma has over 30 years of experience leading the HR and Administration function of a large manufacturing concern, and has a proven track record of change management and organizational transformation in rapidly evolving, and multi-cultural environments. Asma is a strong project manager, with a history of working with clients to establish a strategic HR vision to support workplace productivity and employee engagement and retention. Over her career, Asma has earned several accolades for her leadership and management skills, and a reputation for embracing change, and devising and delivering creative solutions for complex workplace dynamics.
Asma holds a Masters in Public Administration.
Mehr Asma Javed: Business Intelligence Lead
Mehr is a young enterprising individual who has experience working with both the public sector in the United States and Pakistan, and the tech industry in the Middle East. Being a high performer throughout her academic career and professional endeavors, she has delivered several high impact projects in a host of areas such as education, health, food, and technology, where she has leveraged her skills in data analysis, geo-spatial analysis, behavioral science, and machine learning. With her industry experience, Mehr has a unique understanding of how to balance pragmatic considerations with data driven cultures, to deliver value regardless of the environment.
Mehr graduated with High Distinction from Lahore University of Management Sciences (Pakistan) with a degree in Economics and Politics. She is a Fulbright scholar, and received her Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University (United States) where she graduated with highest distinction.
Suleman Khan: Legal lead
